Job Description
Plays a key role in store sales, service and retention programs in the store by consulting with customers and influencing the purchase and selection of goods and/or services. Completes sales transactions and directs and follows up with product information, delivery, and installation services. Plays a key role in account management, account collection, order entry and division logistics. Maintains store appearance standards and stocking and/or restock merchandise. Reports to the Store Manager, but acts as manager in the absence of either the store manager or assistant manager.

Required Experience
* Customer service / retail experience
* Commercial Printing or Paper Industry Experience Preferred
* Computer skills a must, particularly Microsoft Office and Windows.
* Incumbent must be able to operate a pallet jack, fork lift (we can train)
* Heavy lifting (Able to lift up to 50 lbs.)
* No significant travel / local travel only
