Job Description

Develop new business and accounts for paper and print management solutions. Identify or develop resources within our corporation to meet the strategic needs of those customers and to develop business solutions that will not only ensure stability in these business relationships, but assure profitable growth for our corporation.  Unlike a traditional sales model, a project management and solutions approach both within our company as well as with these strategic customers is required.
 Duties
* Identify market potential by qualifying and closing new accounts.
* Develop, manage and lead programs that benefit our key customers as well as our corporation all the way through to implementation.
* Manage all communication with key stake holders; suppliers, customers, and internally.
* Develop ongoing strategic relationships with key customers with a focus on retention, continuous improvement and competitive barriers.
* Enhances staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions; answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; teaching improved processes; mentoring team members.
* Closes sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections, creating solution; preparing contracts.
* Expands sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services; developing new applications. Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts.

Job Description

Required Skills

Required Experience

* 5+ Years of both process and manufacturing IT system design and implementation
* Hands-on experience with key manufacturing processes, especially sales and operations planning (S&amp;OP)
* Working knowledge of process control systems and integration with manufacturing systems
* Working knowledge of quality control systems including data capture and presentation of both process and manufacturing data
* Experience with manufactured product life cycle traceability and reporting
* Experience in high volume manufacturing environment
* Experience with multiple networked manufacturing locations
Strongly Desired Experience
* Experience with integrating 3rd party software with standard ERP application
* Complete ERP experience. This would include various Navision, SAP, JDE, ORACLE, etc. configuration components as well as security aspects.

Job Description

Responsible for managing the organization's payroll functions. Specific areas normally include oversight of HRIS staff, process activities, related payroll controls, analysis of trends requiring Sr. management's attention, the preparation of financial and management reports and procedures, and the presentation of findings and specific recommendations to senior management.
Job Responsibilities:
* Responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of a multi-state payroll organization
* Preparation of financial and management reports and procedures, and the presentation of findings and specific recommendations to senior management
* Perform timely and accurate reconciliations for all payroll related accounts
* Prepare monthly general ledger entries to post all company payroll activity in support of month end close
* The manager will ensure that all work related to compliance and controls are completed in an accurate and timely manner. In addition, the Corporate Payroll Manager will coach and mentor staff; provide work direction and prioritization of daily workload staff; resolve Payroll issues escalated above the Analyst level; provide support and guidance to Analysts leading process improvement teams; build and foster customer relationships with key business partners. The position also entails providing strategic guidance and identifying areas for improvement with other Payroll staff
* Ensure that HRO vendor and staff analysts within Payroll Group conduct payroll processing in an accurate and timely manner by providing work direction and prioritization to staff.
* The Corporate Payroll Manager will develop policies and procedures related to the following activities:
* Develop and direct procedures related to taxes, pensions, deductions and liens and garnishments.
* Verify pension calculations for various groups.
* Ensure that all tax deduction and related reporting and remittance is accurate.
* Manage external vendors, such as Ceridian to ensure accuracy and timeliness in payroll processing.
* Serve as an intermediary between the external vendors and the Payroll Department regarding pension and tax audit issues.
* Manage internal payroll tax compliance resources to ensure accuracy and timeliness in payroll processing.
* Lead or participate on payroll process improvement teams; evaluate current processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, develop new processes / procedures, implement and assess impact of change.
* Coordinate and manage all activities supporting required payroll and benefit related audits
