Job Description

Accountable for monitoring inventory levels for proprietary items for national account customers across all company systems. Resolving out of stock issues, working directly with the field buying personnel to ensure that all inventory levels are met for the customers' requirements. Provide purchasing with forecast information on new rollouts. Interface with implementation team and field buyers to ensure product availability at program start-up.
Responsibilities
* Item set-up requests for field; provide purchasing with forecasts
* Monitor proprietary inventory levels for national account programs
* Interface with field purchasing teams regarding inventory issues
* Address slow moving or dead inventory levels. Work with customer, contract team and local field personnel to resolve.
* Consolidate/move/orchestrate inventory movement when applicable
* Other duties as assigned
Required Skills

* High School diploma required; Associate degree a plus.
* 2+ years experience in multi-location logistics, inventory control or supply chain.
* Excellent verbal and written communication as well as outstanding customer service skills.
* Must have strong skills in MS Excel and MS Access; Oracle Discoverer is a plus. 
* Experience in performing inventory/stock-level trend analysis a plus.
* Prioritization skills are a must; able to multitask effectively between long-term, short-term and emergency projects
* Intermediate to advanced computer skills, especially Excel (formula creation, spreadsheets, data manipulations)
* Accurate data entry skills
* Strong analytical aptitude and problem-solving skills
* Must be motivated and energetic
* Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work independently within a team environment and without constant supervision
* Must be focused, confident, and detail-oriented

Serve as primary project lead on assigned National Account customer programs. Responsible for the engagement of sales organization and all other functional areas towards customer program. Job Description

To support the centralized invoicing, customer set up, and pricing functions for the National Account customers and researching all issues to resolution to include communications with both internal customers and external customers.
Primary Accountabilities:
* Accountable for chain coding of all National Account customers; setup and maintenance of all Unify location and item xrefs; integrity of all bill to account setup requests; integrity of data to guarantee correct contract pricing on sales transactions.
* Research and troubleshoot all Contract Download issues for both pricing and costing in UNIFY and SFD 
* Research all invoice errors to ensure customers gets accurate bill including pricing and terms within 3 days
* Interface with local billing clerks to resolve local billing errors in a 24 hour period.
* Assist CSPs, sales reps, and Field Managers/Team Leads in various local pricing and costing issues.
* Interface with Master Item File and local item maintenance teams to resolve various item maintenance issues that affect costing.
* Oversee customer rebate programs and provide ongoing information to finance department to ensure proper accruals.
* Interface with Local Contracts and Rebates teams to resolve vendor rebate discrepancies.
* Maintain and manage sells and costs across all SFD systems for various national accounts as needed.
* Accountable that all aspects of account and contract maintenance are performed timely and accurate.
* Interface with Data Processing Analysts to insure data integrity on all sales transactions and reports.
* Interface with National Account Credit department for account set up and various ongoing account updates.
* Provide updated contract information to purchasing to ensure proper contract vendors and costs are being utilized.
* Ensure accuracy of area distribution lists to which National Accounts contracts and memos are disbursed.
* Distribute new and revised contract information for distribution to all appropriate personnel.
* Research and troubleshoot invoice errors in Unify for all market areas within 3 days of invoice date.
* Interface with NA CSPs, Field Managers and customers to ensure the level of service provided meets the customer' expectations and contract requirements
* Interface with Project Leads and Segment managers on all account set up and decommission tasks.
* Research and troubleshoot a variety of pricing, costing, account, and sales order issues in multiple systems
* Identify, document and escalate root cause of all issues reducing/eliminating redundant errors/issues i.e 155s, PO Recycle
* Perform an Infinium/Unify audit monthly to ensure all appropriate SFD invoices have billed in Unify.
Required Skills

* Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail
* Ability to multi-task and operate within a variety of computer systems simultaneously to perform account/invoice research
* Excellent computer skills with Windows based applications
* Background in billing or invoicing is a plus, but not essential
* Must be able to work Monday - Friday from 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM (sorry, no exceptions)
