Job Description
Manage the day to day activities for customers with the goal of operational efficiency and increased sales. Manage and coordinate pricing, merchandising, special requests and customer relationship.
Job Responsibilities:
* Responsible for handling all price requests both on and off contract. Make sure prices are consistent
* Responsible for all merchandising and special requests. Gathers new product information, samples etc., to include follow up with customer and other internal team members.
* Responsible for customer specific reports and tracking fill rates, on time delivery etc. Need to monitor delivery schedules, LDC dates and run/ship dates.
* Build tools to enhance and improve programs
* Central point of contact for customer activities. Main point of contact for customer and vendors. Responsible for outgoing calls to customer and vendors to establish key relationships.
* Accountable for: Quoting, Order Management, Allocations and problem solving.
* Other related duties and responsibilities as required or assigned
